Meeting of Belbiopharm Concern Board was held

On February 18 the meeting of Belbiopharm Concern Board was held, where the work undertaken within the last five years and year 2010 was summarized.

The board meeting was visited by the administration of Belbiopharm Concern and the companies belonging to the concern, the heads of the concern’s subdivisions and specialists from the staff of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and Belbiopharm Concern.

The chairman of Belbiopharm Concern M.M. Cherepok resumed social and economic development of Concern for 2010 and years 2006-2010 and defined the development tendencies of Concern in 20111 and for the period up to 2015 in his speech.

The head of health administration, social protection and matters of mitigation of consequences of disaster at the Chernobyl Atomic electric Power Station of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus A.A.Kashtalian pointed out noticeable success achieved within recent years by the pharmaceutical industry and emphasized the importance of the objectives for this industry set by the President of the Republic of Belarus  A.G.Lukashenko at the fourth All-Belarusian Nation Assembly given that the pharmaceutical industry will become one of the strategic in the country.

The participants of the meeting considered and approved the Development Program of Belbiopharm Concern for 1011-2015 as the complying program with the Program of economic and social development of the Republic of Belarus for 1011-2015. The Concern Board approved also The Program of import substitution action of Belbiopharm Concern for 2011 and the Implementation plan of Belbiopharm Concern for 2011 relating to the National Program for export development in the Republic of Belarus within 2011-2015.
